THE LANDLORDS’ HOUSE
This is where painter Louise Humeau lives with her husband Bertrand Patoureau.
The house was fully refurbished in 2016.
The 130 sq. meter duplex house can host up to 6 people.

The sea has been an inspiration for the design of the place, in terms of architecture
as well as decoration : paintings, sculptures, scales of ceramic,
wall paintings and stain glass
represent the sea fauna and the ocean waves, the curves of the doors
and the ceiling in the shape of an upside down hull, the terrasse in the style of a deck
are all reminiscent of life on a boat.
This place was thought through not as a museum but as a place full of life open to all artistic forms, to everyone.
This flat is open to our art lover guests in spring and summer.
On the first floor :
On open space with a lounge area, dining-room area with a large table accommodating up to 8 people, an open kitchen fully equipped, with a central island. A large deck terrasse overlooks the landscaped garden.
On the second floor :
3 bedrooms,
2 next to a bathroom with shower, a walk-in closet and closed toilets
and a master suite with walk-in closet and walk-in bathroom with shower and bathtub.
