You’ll be staying in a unique, authentic, friendly, atmopshere fostering exchange, close to the outdoor market open every day where you can enjoy throughout the year local products such as fresh oysters.
A stone’s throw from the house you will find the aquarium, museums, good restaurants, theaters, shows, festivals : La Rochelle provides a wealth of cultural activities all year round. And don’t forget the ocean and the islands !
Your hosts are keen to ensure you enjoy your stay and take part in the life of La Rochelle and its local people. Relax in the small lounge area or sitting at the large communal table, make the most of the beautiful season and sit in the garden. In winter Lise and Bertrand would like to organise topical evenings on creative writing, music, theater performances, wine, etc. Though you may naturally choose instead to relax in your private steam bath or simply bathe in the softly lit and colourful atmosphere of your bedroom.
Each room has been decorated in hues of colours inspired by light filtered through a prism.
