TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT : No deposit is requested. You will settle your full bill on departure.

CANCELLATION BEFORE ARRIVAL

If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your initial booking date, there will be no charge.
If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, the total booking fee will be charged.

SHORTENING YOUR STAY

The full cost of the initial booking fee will be charged.

CANCELLATION BY EDEN OUEST (CASES OF FORCE MAJEURE ONLY)

Should Eden Ouest cancel your booking, you will be duly informed by email or telephone.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

When completing your booking form, please include your expected arrival time and your telephone number. Contact us again the day of your arrival (or the day before) to confirm arrival time. We are flexible and will adapt to your schedule.
Check-in is between 5:30pm and 7:30pm.
You may however leave your luggage with us and/or access your room earlierif it is available and only if a prior specific request has been made.
If arriving later, or if your arrival is delayed,
you are asked to inform Eden Ouest.
Rooms must be vacated by 11am at the latest.
